Hagari is an organization that not only cares for mothers and their children but also the community in which we work. One way we do this is by aiming each year to particiapte in a development idea which will bring positive change to the community, as well as the families we serve. Over the last several years our main project has been building toilets, which have had a dramatic effect on the sanitation and hygiene of the community. Hagari has constructed 26 toilets in Busanza (a community where most of our families live). We have also built 24 keyhole gardens for families in Busanza.
If you want to get involved and help us plan, finance, or build the next community development idea then get in touch with us.
